16oz can, courtesy of riversideAK, pours with a slightly hazy copper body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up dark roasted coffee, some earthy coffee and a sense of citrus hoppiness. The taste delivers slightly oily mildly rich coffee that quickly becomes dark roasty to almost burnt. To midway it gets into a modest level of citrus hop bitterness. The coffee to citrus play balance works pretty good here. Nice.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Hazy golden color. Quite evident coffee aroma. Lean mouthfeel, the coffee is mild, nevertheless it covers the flavor of the underlying beer.
Not saying it’s bad, I just don’t get the point.

Amber, has a touch of haze. On the nose, the coffee is restrained, lending nuance to an earthy, slightly grapefruity hop note. Bitter, with a coffee cherry taste, touch of roast, I’m not sure how the coffee fits in with the IPA, but individually the elements aren’t bad.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice roasted espresso character upfront, followed by piney hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with a good blend of espresso, light roast, and piney hops. The coffee and hop blend is fairly nice, though still a bit clashing. It works well for what it is.
