Berentsens Juleøl - can at home. Pours clear dark copper with off-white head that lasts. Aroma of caramel, hint of roasted malt, some floral hop notes. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. Thin bodied. Not too bad actually, might fit well to Norwegian Christmas dishes.

Can. Has a clear brown colour with small beige head. Aroma of bread crust, fudge and leather. Flavour of bread, leather, nuts and some fudge. Has a light and slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. Malty but a bit careful.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Berentsens Rogalands Juleøl ].Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, fruity malt, caramel, spicy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, spicy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160109]

Flaske 330ml fra Gulating Larvik. Delt med Håvard I Tyrihansveien 20 Jan 15. Dyp brun. Lavt tett skum som etterlater litt lacing. Svakt søtlig krydderaroma. Smaken lett karamell. Blir litt tynn. Sikkert ok til mat.
