On tap at Crooked Tooth, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of lacto, citrus and a touch of ginger. Flavour is very bright, with loads of citrus tartness, light lemongrass and a touch of lacto. Nice citric tartness that isn't overly welcome. Very good.
