Poured up on tap where at the brewpub where it exhibits a deep dark body that supports a thin mocha head. The aroma offers up dark roasted coffee, malt ball, an earthy coffee hit blended with chocolate and then a light note of oak and whiskey like booze. The taste delivers nice full dark roasted to almost charred coffee flowing into a growing chocolate malt sensation. To midway a nice spicy oak mingles with whiskey booze in and around the coffee and chocolate. This attains a pretty nice beer to barrel balance.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out loads of espresso upfront, followed by roasted malt and a touch of barrel. Flavour is loaded with espresso, followed by barrels and a touch of cocoa. Creamy palate, with a whiskey finish. Excellent.
