Draft 10 oz pour at Structures. Mostly clear, slight golden pour. Pils like grain aroma, with a brett funk. Very unexpected for an imperial IPA, but I’m totally on board with it. Flavor is dry, with some funky brett constant, some fruity hops hidden underneath. Good carb, a slight apple to it. Solid bite. Very fun beer here. Nailed what they were going for, and in my opinion, it worked.

Touch of haze. Medium head. Gold colour. Nice glow. On the nose, brett and berryish fruity notes. There’s a fair bit of bitterness to this as well. Tasty, drinkable example that flows nicely.

On Tap at the Bellingham Brewery/Taproom Slightly hazy light orange. Thick spotty lacing. Big bitter hoppy flavor and a lot of Brett. Clean body and a bright clean

On tap at Structures, pours an opaque cloudy peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of dank hops and brett, along with citrus zest, and pithy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with brett, piney hops, and some pithy fruitiness. Nice blend of hops and brett. Very nice stuff.
