On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma is restrained, with light Belgian yeast, a touch of pepper and floral notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice peppery character, saison yeast, and some floral notes. Not much complexity, but it's certainly not one of those typical North American estery sweet messes. Subtle and drinkable. Decent.
