Medium wheat body with full haze. Aromas of grapefruit, melon, and peach balanced with subtle tropical fruit and earthy pinyness. A long lingering bitter kick that will stay with you until the last sip.

Hazy and dull blond color. For an IPA, it's quite timid; the malt base is non descriptive, the hopping is anonymous, it actually tastes like earl grey tea; light apple aroma; sad that two good hops are so prominent in the name and lost in the character; also, it doesn't feel like crazy 100 IBU, just ordinary level of bitterness.
Decent.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a dirty pale golden with a white head. Aroma is very pleasant with lots of tropical fruits and some berry notes. Similar taste with moderate to high hoppy bitterness. Perfectly balanced good beer.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of piney, herbal and earthy hops, with a bit of coriander. Flavour marries the IPA and wit pretty well, with notes of coriander, spicy yeast, some earthiness and a little citrus. Finishes spicy and with a moderately bitter astringency. Solid.
