On tap at Diebolt, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of hibiscus and a touch of fruity esters. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of hibiscus and tart fruits. Not exactly authentic, but it's reasonably done. Meh.

Tap at the brewery - medium pinkish purple - aroma is mostly.tart hibiscus and not much else - flavor is medium.tart, with hibiscus, grape must, rustic.graininess - slight pepper - a buttery (diacetyl?) quality on the tail end - not one of.their best.
