This kettle-soured session Northeast-style IPA is a lightly opaque golden color and pours with a creamy white head. The tart aroma is the first thing to hit your nose, but it gives way to a large fruity hop presence that includes bright citrus notes as well as peaches and guava. The acidity is low and therefore approachable and fades quickly after it first hits your tongue, which allows the hop component to take over and linger well into the aftertaste.

On tap at Great Divide, pours an opaque bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto, some light and subdued floral hops. Flavour is likewise a lacto bomb, with restrained floral hops providing a nice juxtaposition. A very well-done yogurt bomb. Great stuff.
