On tap at The Steel Barrel
Pours slightly cloudy burnt orange with a small off-white head, light lacing. Aroma is Brett, cheese and fruity. Flavor is barnyard, wet grains, cheesy and mild citrus zest
Pretty good but unique.

Dull, touch of haze, not much head. Whole lot of brett on the nose. Brett, medium body, wood and citrus hops with decent bitterness. Different take on the hoppy brett beer, and I like it.

On tap at Matchless, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of wild yeast and citrus hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice mix of citrus hops and wild yeast. Complex and excellent fusion between the yeast and hops. Very good.

Draft pour at Teku Tavern, Seattle. A glowing golden orangepour with a disappearing head. Funky peach and apricot like aroma. Flavor is a dry funk as well. A little tart, but a bit more sweet. Peach, a little on the juicy side. A fun, unique beer here. Solid, but I’ve already seen much more impressive stuff from these guys.
