Our son, Ben, is happiest when he has something to smash! This single malt, single hop beer is made with Idaho 7 hops and German Pilsner malt. It's a pop of the tropics with a pleasant, citrusy finish.

16oz can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice big melons some tropical fruit and candy sweetness. Taste is more of the nice sweet melons some fruit and a touch of bitter on the end.

On tap at Triceratops, pours a clear copper golden with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some earthy and herbal notes. Flavour is similar, with a vegetal character that is too dominant. Not an overly pleasant hop expression. Not a fan.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Might as well be Triceratops second location. This is still the only place I ever see these guys. I keep meaning to take a trip down, but with the consistency here, I might not ever have to. Golden pour with a thin, oily head. Interesting try here with the Belgian single malt. Flavor has a slight banana, ripe fruit to it. Slightly sweet. Caramel. Malt forward for sure. Very unique, and interesting. Enjoyable beer here.
