Cloudy, quite pale, thin head. Tart and with fruity hops. Light pi�a, mellow papaya. Nice, complex, refreshing.

On tap at Bailey's Taproom, pours an opaque cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings lots of lacto, guava and light tartness. Flavour is heavy on the pithy stone fruits, moderate lacto and a touch of tartness and acidity. Fresh and nicely tart. Good stuff.
