On tap at Callister, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma reveals plenty of smoked notes from the tea, with plenty of earthy notes. Flavour is loaded on the lapsang smokiness upfront, with lots of earth, and a hint of underlying sweetness. Simple but I like the lapsang souchong tea character.
