On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a class pale golden with a tiny head. Aroma is bone dry, with crisp apple acidity, floral dry hopping and dried peaches. Flavour follows similarly, with lots of floral dry hopping upfront, followed by only a hint of apple acidity, some light tannins and even less peach character. Not overly complex, but it's nicely puckering on the mouthfeel. Bone dry finish. Solid.

Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Hazy pale blond color. The aroma is nice, delicate, fruity (peach). The mouthfeel is very dry, the alcohol is too evident, the flavor doesn't have depth, it's a bit lemony and hoppy.
Nice aroma but little complexity, elegant though. Close to some NA homemade lemonades.

@ St. Augs. Served swimming in a pool of its own juices. So I get a half-sized sample glass, but basically they poured a full one, and half ended up in the paddle. Pale with a little bit of haze. Fairly pronounced peach note, a touch of alcohol and a vagu
