This beautiful, light-bodied saison is primarily fermented with Brettanomyces for 4 months! The Brett yeast adds lots of tropical fruit and fresh hay aroma.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of funky brett, some regular saison yeast and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is very bretty, with tons of funk, harsh earthy yeast, and crisp biscuity malt. The brett overwhelms this beer, half in a good way and half in a rather abrasive way. It works overall, but could use some tweaking.
