Tasting at Oakes' Manor
Cloudy blond, dull, no head. The aroma is a bit farty, armpit, cheese. Sour, a bit lemony, a bit cheesy, not much complexity.

Cloudy, dull tan, no head. On the nose, the aroma is tart and funky. On the palate, it has a light tartness. Not big pedio, but I do get some brett in the finish. There's a fruity character. It's a decent beer, maybe not as out there as I was hoping for, but I like it.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of earth, wild yeast, and light acidity. Flavour is fairly acidic, with light wild yeast, and earth. Rather messy and yeasty, with not a whole of depth. Disharmonious, but pleasant enough. Okay.

This brew is a slightly hazy copper-orange color with a medium thin bone white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Short stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of funky fruit, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of funky brett, citrus, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is funky with a yeast and fruit aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
