(Tap) clear, bright, very dark brown colour with a small brown head; aroma of milk chocolate, nuts; balanced flavour with a long, light bittersweet finish

On tap at Cellarmaker, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with toasted pecans and a hint of the vanilla and maple. Flavour is much more expressive of the vanilla and maple upfront, which is then tempered and dried out a bit by the toasted pecans. Lightly sweet and silky palate. Lovely stuff.
