On Tap at the Bellingham brewery/taproom Slightly hazy deep dull orange light amber. Thin ring of white bubbles. Quite sour, not the Lacto variety, more pedio/lambic like. I suppose plumb (if I am guessing correctly) but a big firm deep sour reminiscent of Flanders and other old school European wild beers. Good.

Hazy, nice plummy, has a touch of woody, bretty notes. And a bit of plum. Tart, plummy, some acetic fruit stuff.

On tap at Wander, pours an opaque bright peachy pink with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out tart plums, wood and light wild yeast. Flavour brings out lots of fuzzy tart plums, with light acidity and moderate wood. Nice combo of fruit and wood. Good stuff.
