Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

On tap at Hair of the Dog, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out medium roasted malt, with booze and chalk. Flavour is fairly boozy, with roasted malt, booze and light chalk. Fairly messy, but it's still very pleasant and robust. Solid.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8.5

On tap at HOTD. Pours a dark brown black color with a medium white head. A nice sweet licorice and roast nose. More in the flavor, roasted malts, grainy, vanilla, some tobacco. Smooth, sweet, ashy. Solid.
