On tap at Townsite, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto, followed by dank, weedy hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is like bitter yogurt, with tons of lacto and dank weedy hops vying for frontrunner. A little chaotic but to a fun beer.

Off menu item at Troller Pub, in Horseshoe Bay, but also on at Tapworks. Cloudy/murky, thick head. On the nose, has quite a bit of fruity hops. On the palate, has a mellow lactic note, low bitterness and some fruity hops. The malts aren’t great, which is too bad because otherwise the hop and sour mash combo is fun.
