Tasting at Matt's
Cloudy amber color. Aroma of vanilla, grapefruit, cream, apple. Smooth mouthfeel, some malt flavor, some residual sweetness, apple juice, Chardonnay, a bit creamy, and with light astringency in the final.
Not totally bad, but extremely chaotic beer.

750ml bottle at Matt's. Pours an opaque copper with a ran head. Aroma is grapes and barrel. Taste is similar with creamy notes. Fairly good.

Light brown, hazy, Bubbly head. Very perfumey on the nose. Yeasty. That's a messy aroma. There's a bit of a chardonnay note, lots of yeast, really muddle saison...not much of a base beer. Kind of sad and weak base beer. The treatment doesn't add much, or more specifically it doesn't save it.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small beige head. Nose is loaded with perfume upfront, followed by pinot noir, saison yeast and booze. Flavour is chaotic, with heaps of messy perfume, booze, and some saison yeast somewhere underneath. Chaotic, boozy, random and totally messy. This isn't good at all. Total chaos.
