This brilliant gold mead has a full-bodied floral aroma. It has a velvety butterscotch taste with a spicy, crisp finish. This would make an excellent after-dinner drink or aperitif, or would be equally tasty with highly spiced, rich meats or fish. This mead is made with Indonesian wildflower honey.

On tap at Flying Saucer, pours a clear blonde. Nose brings out lots of wildflower honey, with moderate-high sweetness. Flavour is heavy sweet, with a lovely wildflower honey character. Lots of depth with no adjuncts to obscure the complexity. Excellent.
