This bright gold mead has a grassy tea aroma. It is a dry mead with a smoky flavor and hints of licorice. This mead would be great with any grilled meat, chicken or seafood. It is made from avocado honey.

On tap at Flying Saucer, pours a clear copper. Nose brings out very subtle avocado notes, along with the wildflower honey. Flavour is rather harsh, with intense alcohol, light honey, wildflower honey and harsh bitterness. The least impressive of the three I've just tried, but it's a fun one.

On tap at Flying Saucer Nashville. Pours a clear orange gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of sweet honey with a hint of flora underlying. Flavor has strong sweet honey up front with some booze and an touch of an avocado note supporting. Odd.
