Bottle. Like the label honouring Southern Living. The beer wasn't too bad either.

12 oz. bottle from Kroger in Brentwood, TN. Pours a clear pale gold color with a thick white head and excellent retention. Good lacing. Strong Belgian yeast aroma. As the nose suggests, the flavor is dominated by Belgian yeast. Soft carbonation. Medium body. The 6.8% ABV is well hidden. Overall, okay for the style, but not a style I like. Tick.

On tap at Tennessee Brew Works, pours a hazy pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very estery, with lots of honey, sweet esters, and biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with lots of esters, a touch of fermented out honey and biscuity malt. Pleasant enough, but it's a strange brew that lacks depth or complexity. Okay.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma combines grass and earthy honey with a bit of flora underlying. Flavor is grass and earthy grains forward with some dry honey and a touch of flora.
