The Blonde de Monaco is a high fermentation Pils respecting the law of beer mashing (Reinheitsgebot): only organic malts, hops and yeasts are combined thanks to the know-how of our Master Brewer. This traditional beer reveals the fine and peppery bitterness of German and Alsatian hops thanks to a slow fermentation process and maturation in vats for more than 3 weeks.

33cl red bottle for 8€ from Brasserie de Monaco brew pub (visited 30.7.2019). Medium, white head, average retention. Colour is gold, clear. Nose is malty, bready, floral, hint of metallic. Taste is medium malty base, bit caramel, floral, metallic, honey touch, bit spicy, drinkable for the style and actually brewed in France and in Monaco over-priced as hell.

14/V/18 - 1L growler from the brewery @ Hendrik's place - BB: n/a (2018-705) Thanks to Hendrik N. for picking up this one for me on request!

Clear blond beer, solid creamy yellowish head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, bit oxidized, some cough syrup, some red fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity touch, orange peel, little oxidized, soft acidity, some honey, more oranges. Aftertaste: fruity, bit sourish, malty touch, some caramel. Wow, this beer has kept very well, especially if you know that the growler was kept in a cool place, not a fridge, for over a year or so!

Many thanks for this red bottle to CH-303. Piana srednia, szybko opada ale okleja szklo. Zapach jakby perfumy, w tle zapach swiezych roz w ogrodzie.

clear golden colour, moderate sized white head; aroma of grassy, grainy and slight herbal notes; taste is the same with sourish and metallic bitter notes, as well as wet cardboard; drinkable, but definitely a very bad deal for its price
