The Blonde de Monaco is a high fermentation Pils respecting the law of beer mashing (Reinheitsgebot): only organic malts, hops and yeasts are combined thanks to the know-how of our Master Brewer. This traditional beer reveals the fine and peppery bitterness of German and Alsatian hops thanks to a slow fermentation process and maturation in vats for more than 3 weeks.

Bottle thx to benzai. Smells malty and kinda nice actually. Sweet. Tastes sweet, malty, grainy, slightly iron. Thin body, soft carbo.

Bottle shared @ hotelroom tasting after Borefts Beer Festival Day 1. Clear golden color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grains, malt bitter. Not much too it but an ok, drinkable pilsener.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Grainy, strawy, and plain bitter hoppy aroma. Taste is grainy, strawy, plain hoppy bitterness with a metallic touch. Could be useful ice cold as thirst quencher - nothing more.

Bottle (red!) Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Clear pale golden colour, mid-size frothy white head, mostly dimininishing, good lacing. Aroma malts, grain, straw. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, cardboard. Sweetbitter aftertaste, malty notes, bit metallic, light herbal notes, watery to oily texture, drinkable.

Golden color, rather weak white foam. Aroma: malt, light sweetness, corn sticks, light floral shaders. Taste of a typical lager: malt, a bit hops, corn, nothing special.

Bottle 041116. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop, hay. Flavor is malt, hop, fruit, hay, yeast. Medium body. Ordinary beer.
