A New England update on our Double IPA Human Cannonball, this DIPA uses a high percentage of oats and wheat in the grist for a creamy smooth mouthfeel. We eliminated the bittering and moved the majority of whirlpool hops over to the dry hopping to maximise aroma. Fermented with London Fog yeast for an estery aroma and sweet finish the beer is served way more hazy than the original to maximise the flavour expression.

Malts: Golden Promise, Torrified Wheat, Malted Wheat, Flaked Oats, Malted Oats
Hops: Cryo Hops™ – Citra & CTZ. T90 – Centennial , Chinook & CTZ
Yeast: WLP066

Can. Thanks to Banana Joe. Sipped in Bury. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Pine and grapefruit. Sweet and jammy with a late warmth. Quite tasty and likeable.

Hazy golden with a thick white collar. Smells fruity and a little bready. Flavour has citrus, passionfruit, a good whack of hop (though it's not super sharp and bitter) and has a nice sweetness through to the finish. Big and punchy stuff. I like it a lot.
