American IPA with pineapple and vanilla
Our take on the milkshake IPA except we skipped the lactose (you are welcome, our lactose intolerant friends.) But this thing still tastes like it has a scoop of ice cream in it, with a healthy dose of pineapple and vanilla, to complement the fruity hops and yeast. Look for this one to be a new regular occurrence on our menu!

On tap at Sisyphus, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out light vanilla, followed by pineapple, and some citrus hops. Flavour blends the vanilla and pineapple together fairly well, leaving the hops pretty far behind. The vanilla lingers on the finish, with the pineapple trailing a bit. Decent.

Sweet Hops are loght bit vanilla and sigar are high. Smooth, good palate.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has pineapple and citrus with sweet grains and a hint of vanilla. Flavor has sweet pineapple and vanilla with light citrus and grass underlying.
