A New England update on our Double IPA Human Cannonball, this DIPA uses a high percentage of oats and wheat in the grist for a creamy smooth mouthfeel. We eliminated the bittering and moved the majority of whirlpool hops over to the dry hopping to maximise aroma. Fermented with London Fog yeast for an estery aroma and sweet finish the beer is served way more hazy than the original to maximise the flavour expression.

Cans from Cork & Cask (in 2018) and Great Grog (in 2022). Hazy deep golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple, honey and melon. Flavour of apricot, menthol, bay leaf and starfruit. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Fruity and sweet.

Keg at Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with a bubbly off white head, aroma has slight onion and dusty mango, taste has juicy mango, some pine, quite juicy, dank finish.

Keg at MK BG, 22/05/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, mango pulp, light booze fumes, pineapple, cantaloupe melon. Taste comprises orange pith, nectarine, pine resin, yeast esters, mango pulp, sweet tropical fruit punch, grass, sweet malts. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with semi aggressive hop bitterness and capped with a balanced rising boost. Decent easy drinking DIPA.

Mjuk otroligt balanserad DIPA. Lagom fruktig med svaga citrus toner i doft å smak. Perfekt kolsyrad och lagom beska. En av de bästa. Här har svenska bryggerier att lära.
