Bottle @ my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast sour malt, brett, fruits, caramel and hops. Fruity sour finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, light berries and hard roasted malt. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 090116

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear black with a warm burgundy hue and a beige head - beautiful. Nose is simply straight, dark roast. Medium body, dry roastiness, a little ashy and a dry finish. Has a sliiiiight tart note in the far, far finish. Right now this is just a very decent Stout. Not much Farmhouse character at all. 281015

Bottle, 7,2%. Black with small beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, bread, sour fruit, wood, light roasted malt, ash, brett and sour. Flavour is malt, medium dry, ash, little sweet, light roasted malt, hop, notes sour fruit, brett, wood and a little bitter.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, roasted dark malty. Mild spiced, vague sour. Toasted to roasted malt. Bitter and light herbal dry finish.

Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, chocolate, brettnomyces, and funk, leading to a dry finish.
