Tap @ Beer Temple, small sample. Dark color short frothy head. Aroma of some roast, balsamic acid, bit bready, tart fruit. Bit sour in taste, some sweet red fruit, acetic acid. Not good, wrong kind of acidity.

From tap @ Beer Temple, with Zlotta & Markoijelena. Very dark color, but not opaque. Off white head. Aroma’s: moderate sour & sweet, roasty. Retronasal it’s sourish, sweetish, fruity. Flavor is light sour, light bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes with roast, ground coffee, rather bitter. Strange but quite nice.

Sweetish, quite roasty and a bit sourish taste of dark chocolate, coffee, dark fruits and a touch of vinegar, followed by a short, moderately tart finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and a little astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

330ml bottle from Olbutikken, Copenhagen. Pours black with tan head. Coffee and roast in the aroma. Taste continues, minimal saison aspects, some dark fruit notes but it’s mainly about that coffee and dry roast.
