On tap at Jellyfish, pours a murky dark reddish amber with a small white head. Aroma is quite funky, with plenty of wild yeast, red berries, and some oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of wild yeast, plenty of funk, and red berries. This is a brett bomb and a very nice one at that. Excellent.

Draft pour enjoyed at Jellyfish. A reddish orange pour, mostly clean, a fizz ring head. 18 months in the barrel did wonders for this brew. Its fantastically funky for being in my Cant Believe it's Not Brett series. Some tart red fruit on the nose. Tart and spicy tastes, barrel oak, cranberry like fruit. An incredible brew here. Extremely impressed.
