On tap at Isle de Garde, pours a cloudy peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subdued on the mango, with rustic saison yeast. Flavour is not quite as expressive on the mango as one might desire, with lots of rustic saison yeast, gentle mango, and an assertive carbonation. Nicely constructed, with everything in good proportion. Very good.
