Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver
Murky red-amber colour. Some berry character, astringent, moderately sour, but not much complexity, just generic sour berry, a bit earthy.

Hazy and purplish. Thin head. Tart, with lots of black currant. Touch of yeast. Not bad. It's quite clean, with both the fruit and tartness being bright. Right on.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a cloudy bright dark reddish pink with a medium pink head. Aroma brings out lots of tart currants upfront, with plenty of lacto. Flavour is fairly one-dimensional, with lots of sour currant and lacto. Very tart and fruity, but lacking depth. It's okay.
