Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear amber, thick white head. Big citrus and pine aromas, resin and the almost cheesy funk of a ton of hops. Pungent. Taste is bitter, but balances out down the glass. Impressive for the strength.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2014. Clear gold lasting white bubbles. Simcoe pine grapefruit aroma. Hoppy golden ale. Love the simcoe. Bit unbalanced. Piney cats pee finish. Ok. Could be in better condition.

Cask (Fitzgerald’s, Sunderland) - Amber in colour. Pine, grapefruit and peach in the aroma. Bitter, hoppy and floral taste with grapefruit, peach and hints of lychees. Easy to drink and enjoyable.

On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden with a slight haze and a nicely proportioned head. Nose - flowers and citrus. Just a hint of pale malt. Taste - grapefruit and possibly even custard. Similar to a lime cheesecake. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a dry but balanced finish. Overall - a well executed recipe presented in great condition.
