Panda thanks to Wingman. Near opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth and notably viscous palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thick and decadent dark malts, good chocolate with a lot of brown sugar, a lot. Spice from somewhere, cinnamonish but not cinnamon. An almost medicinal taste coming through on the end, vaguely Dentyne but other things in there. Spicy finish. Initially quite a treat but this gets chewy quickly. Very interesting but ultimately gets a little hard to drink.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 21/05/24. Black with a tan cap that thins edgewards. Nose is deep chocolate tones, dark malts, toffee, molasses, vanilla essence. Taste comprises chocolate melt, syrup, brown sugars, vanilla bean, light spice, dark malts. Full bodied, light oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Fun enough impy if running a little overly sweet.
