A zesty, funky and zippy coolship wild ale, spontaneously fermented with local cultures and conditioned in barrel over two years. For extra depths of complexity, we blended in our in house foudre solera and conditioned in bottle for another year.
You'll get a big funk and herbal nose, with flavours of mango and sweet bright orange, and a smooth and refreshingly tart finish.

Keg at the brewery. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. The funky nose identifiable from the other side of the room. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Tart lemony funk, a bit of an acid burn on the semi dry finish. Yeah really fancy a pint of this...
