Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Hazy, amber-golden colour with a small, white head. Sweet aroma with sherry barrel, fruits, caramel malts, a slight spiced note. Some yeasts. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes dry and fruity with sherry barrel.

Bottled. A hazy golden with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with citrus fruits, malt, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle @ Yespr tasting. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, slightly sour and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 110414

Bottle #3979 (thanks to MoritzF for sharing it!): Hazy, light amber coloured, small - almost - pinkish head, "woody", barrique-typical nose (vanilla, tannic acid and so on…) over a sourish-fruity, quite similar to an infected Lager, aroma; sweetish-sourish flavour, hardly medium bodied; sourish-alcoholic finish. A bargain (0.75 l = 29.50€). Ils sont fous, les allemands…

Champagne bottle, thanks a lot Roman. Cloudy dark, golden head. Dusty, light fruity aroma, light clementine.Medium to light body, foamy. Oak aftertaste, bourbon, meh.
