Keg at the Monyo Taphouse, Budapest, 09/06/23. Golden amber with a thin off white covering. Nose is berry fruits, straw, sweet edged, light malts. Taste comprises red berry sherbets, straw, grains, sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so ... sweet sugary berry juice.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky pinkish orange. Raspberry, some graininess, a bit sweetish, bitterish note, quite watery.

Ein saures Weizenbier, das mit Himbeeren vergoren wurde. Hört sich abstrus an, ist es auch. Es wird als sommerliche Erfrischung angepriesen, wo ich es mir schon vorstellen kann. Aber als vollmundigen Genuss kann ich es mir nicht vorstellen, da es keine hefigen Weizennoten als auch malzige Aromen hat. Kann man probieren, aber meins ist es nicht.

.33l can. Hazy pink body with no head. Aroma and taste of raspberry and some lemon juice. There is a tiny bit of doughy yeast too. Thin bodied and quite effervescent. Weak beer, not so exciting.

0.33 can. Kissé meghatározhatatlan szín, talán grapefruit-lére hasonlít. Illatán érezni valamennyi bogyós gyümölcsöt, de egy kis oda nem illő doboz-fingszag keveréket is :( hab nem volt. Szúrósan szénsavas, testetlen. Íze is kevés van. Nem volt jó sör. Semmi búzasörös jelleg, kevés málna-aromás beütés, rossz korty-érzet. Ez van, ha nagy mennyiségben kezdünk gyártani egy Spar-nak...

Slightly indeterminate color, maybe similar to grapefruit juice. Smells of some berries, but also a bit of an inappropriate can-fart smell :( There was no foam. Sharply carbonated, bodyless. It also lacks flavor. It wasn't a good beer. No wheat beer character, little raspberry flavor, bad sipping sensation. This is what happens when you start producing large quantities for a Spar...
