Our new beer, and the first produced on our new Elite Stainless kit, ‘Twenty One Twelve’. Named after the record of the same name by Canadian legends Rush, where the protagonist of the story envisions a world where music and creativity flourish and yearns for a new beginning, this beer marks the start of our journey into brewing on a larger scale for a larger audience.

Produced with Cryo Pop and Talus, directly from Yakima Chief, this 8.0% Double IPA showcases the zesty citrus, tropical and subtle piney bitterness flavours and a delicate aroma of rose petals from the Talus dry hop, and big fruity flavours of Mango, Pineapple and Grapefruit from a Cryo Pop whirlpool and active fermentation dry hop.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 23/03/24. Murky pineapple juice orange with a white cap that soon thins to spotting. Nose is punchy tropical fruits, pine resin, dank chimes, grass, raw pineapple. Taste comprises grass, pine resin, faint coconut shavings, lime licks (all the Talus in the Haus), grass, pineapple, guava. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Solid punchy DIPA with a good bitter edge.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light smooth malts, an equally light creamy sweetness. Crisp pine. Soft ripe pineapple, huh? Ripe peachy led tropical fruits. Very modest tropical fruits. A little hop spice on the semi dry finish. Spicy hop linger. Nice, very fucken nice. Juicy hop goodness, spicy hop, a balanced malt profile and big drinkability.
