Draught, third, at Mikkeller Brewpub in London. Shared with Finn. Deep amber body, low beige head, upper part lacing on the glass. Inviting aromas with leafy hops and grain. Fine blended taste of leafy hops and bread-like malts. Mid-dry, light bitter end. Pretty nice. (London, 10.02.2025).

On tap at Mikkeller Brewpub London, pours a clear amber copper with a small beige head. Aroma is gentle, with toasted malt and gentle earthiness. Flavour has a nice metallic, toasted malt character with a crusty bready tinge to it. Clean and well-made for the style. Decent.

Keg at Mikkeller Exmouth Market, 14/02/24. Light amber pour with a lasting beige head. Nose is grains, dusty fruit esters, straw, herb. Taste comprises biscuit, airy malts, stewed fruit, toasted grains, light cereal notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Fine for the style.
