Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen (10/04/2018) - golden pour with white head. Grassy and floral hoppy with some citrus fruity zesty notes, some hay, straw, yeast, medium to light body, touch of spice into the hoppy finish.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, spices, hops, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, spices, hops, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle @ Ølmarked, Godsbanen. Pours hazy dark golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grain, yeast, light rye, wet hay, little sweet fruit. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, malt, yeasty, little fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet and bitter finish. 201017

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque deep golden with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Fruity, yeasty and slightly phenollic aroma. Medium body, again fruit galore, phenols now being more pronounced, somewhat unclean and flawed in it's flavour. Those Saison yeasts can be quite the bitch. 271017

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter not pleasent flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate. not good.
