Our zesty pale ale has been crafted with pride, in support of The Eleanor Foundation. With a pure golden colour and gentle effervescence, this is a true summertime beer.

Carefully selected hop varieties have been used to provide a light floral aroma which mingles amicably with the subtle honeyed sweetness. Refreshing, yet with a generous length of flavour, this well-balanced seasonal brew is an appealing addition to our range.

Golden ale with coarse, irregular, off-white head and deep peachy golden colour with a haze of yeast. Aroma of apple, sweaty grains, flowers, a hint of biscuit and a slight touch of caramel. Light fruity taste, smooth, thin but I guess this is custom for the style, lightly buttery, a tad bready or even nutty with a light grassy hop bitterishness in the end, while pleasant toasted maltiness continues. Light and simple, but enjoyable example of the style.

On Cask @ The Oak, St. Peter Port. Smooth and fresh beginning. Very easy to drink with a nice floral deepness coming to the beer in the mainpart. Hints of malt, quite dry. The aftertaste is malty floral, very fresh, smooth, hints of typical bitter ale aroma. Nice and easy to drink brew with still having depth and floral aroma.
