Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, dark amber with a creamy, off-white head. Nose has a base of Belgian yeast with a pleasantly spicy edge. Medium body, quite fizzy, very mellow, soft mouthfeel, interesting flavor notes that are a little towards dark, dried fruit. But dry with a hoppy finish. There's a clear yet downplayed tartness that somehow works in the beer - but probably an infection. Strangely I like it. 091119
