Bottle 750ml. [ As Birradamare Oltremare Biscara ].Clear medium orange amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, old malt, vintage, dusrty, tea. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration, sugary, tea, sweet malt, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151024]

Bottle @ Johns. Pours amber with a small offwhite head, some light floaties. Aroma of malt, caramel, little chocolate, wood, light sweet fruit. Flavor is light sweet, malt, caramel, light chocolate, light sweet fruit, strawberries. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, light sweet finish. 241015

Clear orange to amber beer, irregular off-white to beige head, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruits, bit floral, soapy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: malty start, caramel, some dried fruits, bit sugary, sweet, some alcohol, orange peel. Aftertaste: sweet, malty, raisins, fruity, caramel, some ripe banana.

750ml bottle. Hazy, reddish brown colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Grainy, moderately sweetish malty aroma, a somehow "red" maltiness, not dark, not caramel malty. Taste is identical, additionally some husk; crumbly-viscid (not sticky] mouthfeel.
