Can 35,5 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a small, white head. Lovely aroma of both citrus and tropical fruits. Body is bone dry, yet retains some fruitiness. Finish has loads of hops but very little bitterness, it's all muted out in the bitterness. Very delicious and very drinkable actually. 290419

Draft at März, where I have it as “März Dry Brut,” but this looks like it. August 2018. Light hop notes in the nose. This is definitely dry-hopped. Body is unfiltered and cloudy yellow. A parfait head. Taste is definitely not too sweet. Again, slight bitterness from dry hopping, but no overtly PNW type. Maybe I get a hint of cherry, maybe lemongrass. Even honeydew. Low hopping is a nice match for a light malt character. A hoppy version of your dad’s favorite beer.
