Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a fizzy, dissipating beige head. Vaguely yeasty, vague caramel in the nose. Medium body, malty sweet caramel with a hint of cloves. Very fizzy to a slightly annoying degree. No real bitterness. More Amber Ale than Dunkelweizen - unless there's some yeasty sediment that needs to be stirred, The label has no mention, so I reckon this clear liquid really is what they believe to be a Dunkelweizen. It is not. 030321
