Bottle 33 cl. Pours a murky, cloudy orangey golden with a tiny, off-white head. Kinda pleasant old fashioned aroma of oxidized, flat beer, wood, Bourbon and Brett. Rich, sweet'n'tart with a lowish carbonation. Tart maybe from the red currant that otherwise don't show themselves much, but again the Bourbon, wood, sweet caramel and oxidation blends well together with the Brett chiming in, but not in an overpowering way. Probably an acquired taste, but I kinda enjoy it. 150221

To Barley Wild Wine jest zdumiewajace, dziwny zapach, taki jakis winiak lub wino domowej pol amatorskiej roboty. Pachnie tez jakas marsala, octem winnym. Wyglad to oprocz stylowej etykiety i zgrabnego pudeleczka to samo piwo po nalaniu juz sie tak nie prezentowalo okazyjnie. Wyglada jak kompot wisniowy, bez oiany no moze troche pecherzykow bylo, rozowo bordowa barwa, klarowna. smak jak na barley wine bardzo malo slodowe, nawet odrobinka by sie przydala, to jest bardzo wytrawne porzeczkowo-wisniowe, dzikie i o lekkim dymnym posmakiem, sadze ze to daly te beczki po Bourbonie. Jak na moc alko ma sie wrazenie ze sie pije jakis kompot owocowo-wedzony. troche jakby wodniste brak mu ciala.
