This is a dark amber coloured bitter with an aroma full of malt and hop with a hint of liquorice in the background from the addition of black treacle! The taste is initially malt developing into fruit, caramel, treacle and a bitter finish.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy amber with a very slim head. Nose - fruit and nut bar. Caramel biscuits too. Taste - initial fruit and biscuit. Then a bit flat and astringent. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a finish that kind of falls away. Overall - solid but not amazing.
