A West Coast IPA will be clear, hoppy, and bitter. HOPPER TRAIL uses Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops for a bright, citrusy, and grapefruit finish. It is bitter, but also very malty, so it is very versatile to pair with many foods. Goes great with fish, fried food, or anything that incorporates citrus.

Can 35,5 cl. Pours deep golden - bordering amber - with a slight haze and a lacing, off-white head. Vague citrusy - even perfumy - nose. In spite of the ABV almost light-bodied, fruity, subtle caramel but never really bitter. Again, hardly more than an Amber Ale. 070721

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2018. Pours a clear gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of grass and resin with earthy grains and bread backing. Flavor has light pine, light resin and a earthy grain and bread backbone.
